>long range artillery and armoured vehicles Incredible news. This is precisely what can kick them out quicker and thus save thousands of lives in the long run. The only requirement for the arties to remain useful overall is preventing the enemy from conducting effective air raids. No idea regarding the status of our AA as it is likely restricted information, but my guess is "as good as can be expected".
>(although not tanks) While tanks are not useless, their contribution has been much smaller than what the invaders probably expected from their 30+ year old doctrines.
You're getting British Starstreaks and Slovakia's old S-300, so at a minimum you're doing better than the norm two weeks ago.
You boys also managed to capture a Russian command center for THEIR AA, which is an incredible intelligence get. Assessing its weaknesses could affect any engagement with Russian forces. They also likely can't afford to develop a brand-new system under sanctions.
Logan Moore
important for taking back positions hopefully it's already at the border
Michael Long
Do you think it's more because Ukrainians are unfamiliar with British tanks or because they don't want them falling in Russian hands?
Joseph Fisher
I mean, I understood the joke of the filename. I simply assumed it was added to a real image, which is what was interesting me.

This bread should be #1257, so whoever's gonna bake a next one, make it a #1258
The black market is getting flooded with modern military hardware. It's retarded.

>While tanks are not useless, their contribution has been much smaller than what the invaders probably expected from their 30+ year old doctrines. i want to see how western armor performs before writing it off desu.
Artillery is the king of the battlefield from 1803 to present day.

>everybody is renaming the embassy names to cool shit like ukranian heroes etc >we are renaming it to boris nemcov, a killed russian journalist why are we so fucking lame
Michael Morris
>Mordvichev r*minder that he's on the right in pic related
Also what are words to scare ukranian kids? One little fucker at the ref.center had a laser pen, and he was lasering me non stop. I told him several times to fuck off but he continued to do it. pic related was literally me
Largely because actually modern tanks: 1) require proper training, and spending months on doing that is not something we have available at the moment; 2) are overkill against pretty much all and any invading forces; 3) are vulnerable to air attacks, the only thing that can really threaten them, and we do not have air superiority even.
You want to see it performing against something comparable I bet.
>Russians most likely expected the UA to face them in open fields But our military did exactly that at first. Orcs just drove around them and rushed for the cities. Thankfully the cities were not left undefended either, and I guess the rest who were out in the open promptly joined them.
>We don’t need a training exercise >We don’t need the consent or co-operation of Ukraine for a training exercise >We don’t need to have a small exercise >We don’t need to surround Ukrainian borders >We don’t need to have a small military operation >We don’t need to utilise modern equipment >We don’t need to use professional soldiers >We don’t need to pay our soldiers >We don’t need to give our soldiers good death benefits >We don’t need to have modern military equipment >We don’t need to avoid civilian casualties >We don’t need Western businesses >We don’t need to have a stable economy >We don’t need to encircle Kiev/Kyiv >We don’t need to hold any areas outside of the Donbass region >We don’t need Ukrainian Regime change >We don’t need Ukraine to stay away from the West >We don’t need Ukraine to stay away from NATO >We don’t need alive commanders >We don’t need a general staff >We don’t need a stable leader >We don’t need to hold Kherson >We don’t need to take over Mariupol >We don’t need to take over Kiev/Kyiv ---------- WE ARE HERE ---------- >We don’t need Crimea >We don’t need air superiority >We don’t need to dig individual graves for soldiers >We don’t need to have a reliable army that will run the moment they face trouble >We don’t need to have an army that believes in our cause >We don’t need an army that is on our side >We don’t need Russian as the official language instead of Mandarin
A light stab of a fork to the hand usually does the trick. You can always just take his laser pointer and lock it away until the end of day if he's being a little cunt.

>British tanks There is only like a total of 200 of them and they're in Estonia already

What's with the helicopter (or possibly airplane) crash footage today? They're saying it was near Mariupol. Why are Ukrainians flying helicopters there?

>According to the Ukrainian sources Ukrainian Buk SAM shot down a Russian UAV.
Because BASED PUTIN claims he'll chimp the fuck out if he sees plane transfers from anyone using "their own airports," which has put the West in knots.
I very sincerely think it's time for the West to realize Putin escalates at will, and we don't need to play by his rules now or ever again.

God imagine an instagram zoomer army. Well, not like it'll be much different from what we're seeing
Poland only offered to supply the MiGs is America would give them free F-16's. America said no. No one else has planes that the Ukranian pilots who are still around could actually, in theory, fly. We can't give them F-15's and F-16's or F-35's or any of that shit because they don't know how to fly them.

I'm no expert but given Russia has a lot of ballistic missiles and bombers, can't they just destroy the long range artillery without much difficulty? Ukraine doesn't have many AA systems left to destroy such treats right? Genuinelly curious
Adam Cruz
Just send the guns and Ukraine can slap them onto their Kraz trucks. Cheaper and easier to supply and use. Just like the Czechs slapping grad launchers into Tatra trucks during the Cold War.
William Cox
I mean I tried taking it not stabbing him with a fork. Fucking lasering it was in mood here in 2010 why did it arrive to ukraine jsut now
Parker Russell
regular half-yearly draft, at least on paper
Robert Smith
Yeah, and at this rate Ukraine would need months or years to train up pilots for more modern planes. Still pretty incredible they've been doing so well with old MiG's. Russia really did turn back the clock to the 80's.
Adrian Harris

We don't have that many tanks. It's not like US where they have 5,000 Abrams from the first gulf war sitting in a shed. Then yeah everything else is wrong from Ukrainians not being familiar with the tech to Russians capturing it. Not worth it for the tiny few vehicles we could give them.
Nathaniel Hernandez
Wali finally found some russian rations which were not expired he said they are yummy
How is Irpin liberated? It looks like Ukrainians had blown out bridges towards the beginning of the invasion? Was it under Russian control? I'm seeing conflicting info.
Christopher Jenkins
no offence but your money is fucking ugly danish is even worse who the fuck thought its a good idea to make holes on coins google what our currency looks like
>but says they won't go to Ukraine >just like they said they won't invade Gee, I dunno.

Enything specific on the arty? Because afaik Estland (Germany) supplied some old NVA D-30 howitzers. So will they get some pimped out comblock arty from Slovakia/Poland or will they get western pieces (and ammo supplies) . Panzerhaubitze 2000 pretty please!
