How can a cheese be sharp?
By it's very nature is is soft, crumbly.
The exact opposite of sharp.
This cheese is MATURE.
Meaning it has been aged.
I could at least accept if they called it STRONG cheddar instead of SHARP cheddar, since that would be a fairly accurate description of the flavour, and indeed some packets this side of the Atlantic describe it as such.
But SHARP?
