I've been treated like shit up to high school when I started being aggressive to anyone that dared disrespect me then it stopped until present day. On a philosophical level I just don't really see that there's much to be accomplished in the pursuit of "progress", hence I don't engage in it currently. There's nowhere to be "gotten to" nothing to be "done". I mean I'm definitely just a midwit pseud, but really when I think about any form of consciousness having gotten to some supposed end point and having accomplished everything that could possibly be accomplished I just imagine it dividing itself up all over again into all the collected information it has gathered, or even just observing every experience that could ever be had, and me experiencing my idea of self ending up right back where I am. I mean really if you have done literally everything there is to do and you know everything and are composed of all of everything that there is and ever could be, where would that get you? No matter what the fuck I do, it's fine and part of that totality of all things. The experience I'm having right now is certainly part of everything, it's not like anything can exist and not be part of "everything", so at that supposed endpoint then whatever the fuck I'm doing right now is okay. So I don't do anything because I think it's all already done and I can do whatever the fuck I want with my time, which is to say jack shit most days.

That's a lot of poorly-explained mental gymnastics to say I'm lazy as fuck and found a way to illogically justify it to myself. Blogpost over.

Because I'm on the spectrum and grew up with an alcoholic mom and step dads and my mother became neglective and abusive. This made me pretty fucked in the head, doctor said I have depression and anxiety but I'm pretty sure I have paranoid schizophrenia or something, don't really care though, labels like that doesn't change anything. I'm 27 now and have never had any kind of intimacy with another person, even though I want it.

Well I can tell you this. You are right that I was submissive in high school and my early 20s. I learned to be a bit more aggressive over time, but by that time (mid late 20s) literally no one was in my life anymore. When I went to a university the 2nd time in my mid 20s, it was the most hollow experience ever. Like I was invisible. Did maybe 20-30 cold approaches over 3 semesters, only had one date, and that date didn't go anywhere. Lowest point of my life. People don't want me in their life at this point, so it WAS that people didn't respect me, now I'm just like a ghost.

But I'm not a NEET at all. I'm a successful man with a great wife and kids and career.

I know that now at 31...but I was just good at drums in high school, and I don't think my parents gave a fuck about me. I played in some bands, tried to do some shit. Funny thing is that when I thought maybe I was gonna be "somebody" everyone resented the shit out of me. I kind of knew that everyone secretly hated me. Some women were into me when I had music clout...but after that went to shit it's been like being a ghost. Tinder fallout started to become very evident around 2015 or so. I will forever be haunted by my lack of confidence in high school. I for sure could have smashed more girls back then. Now it's fuckin over lol
