When you look at a black person, you subconsciously feel a sense of disgust and uncanniness because you see a creature that is emotionally and intelligently closer to the great apes than to modern humans. In terms of behavior, the are very susceptible to animalistic tendencies and transgressions, which you can observe from them no matter what country they are a part of. If we want to actually want to progress forward, it is imperative that we get ride of them.
