Why are black people so successful in Russia?

For some reason most black people in Russia become wealthy and successful compared to average Russian.
Does the exoticness factor come in play there a lot where white people worship blacks and basically give them stuff (good life and money)?

Selection bias. The fact that a certain race has an average IQ of X or an average wealth of Y doesn't mean that every single member of that race has an IQ of X and a wealth of Y. Indians have a lower average IQ than Zambians, but they have a higher average IQ than the British in the UK, because only the cream of the cream are accepted there.

Definitely, they can get a job on TV or be a a host of corporate parties while barely speaking Russian. Or a modeling contract while not looking any good, just for their skin color.
