1. Land use regusltion and zoning laws drive up costs everywhere. In some area, California, people can sue endlessly making developers waste millions and wait years before building one dimple fucking house. That my friends makes housing duper expensive and fucks up housing markets.

2. People don't want to live in the middle of Nebraska. But in cities where all the fucking jobs are at.

Best way to build to buy a house nowadays is prefabricated modular homes. The homes are designed and built offsite. Are inspected off site. Then the foundation is built and they put the house together like a puzzle in like 10 days. Then it's wiring is finished and it's connected to the city infrastructure.
