I'll be generous and say you have 22 hens here. Hens can lay a single egg per day. An egg has 78 calories. Assuming you eat all the eggs, you will get 1716 calories. This is not enough to sustain bodyweight for an inactive woman. Assuming you are laboring, as homesteaders do, you will burn around 500 to 1000 calories in a day's work. So these chickens are yielding around 1000 calories for a single person.
You likely have crops. But if you're anything like the idiots who post the homesteading infograph, you have a lot of calorie-free cash-crops like heirloom lettuce or some gay shit...
So, most of your land is completely empty, devoid of nutrition. You likely buy your calories from local farmers markets (in bulk, so you can brag about how efficient your expenditure is). How are you better than someone who has done zero prepwork? You aren't. You have the smug delusion of security.
