Russia seems to base their strategy entirely on "deception" (lazy obvious lies) thinking Ukrainian forces would relax because Russia pinky swore they were done attacking certain targets, all without realizing the Ukraine is being fed proper intelligence by NATO and reads their troop movements instead of Putin's monke lips... this is what I'd expect from the military of a nation like Nigeria, perhaps even a version of it with snow.
