I questioned more and more aspects of my worldview, and came to my own unique conclusions about diversity, multiculturalism and the importance of tradition. I'm still left wing on economic issues and a couple other things, and I certainly don't hate anybody for the way they were born, but my journey to the reactionary right has been entirely my own judgment and critical thinking.
I'd rather talk to a free thinker who I disagree with, than a fanatic who supports nationalism in the way I do. Everybody should be like me.
