Germany could not win simply because they were up agains the British Empire. And they didin't have any way of landing enough troops on the British isles to win.

Operation Sea Lion was a fucking joke of a plan, they were planning on using river barges pulled by tugboats to bring troops across the channel, RIVER. BARGES.

Victory of the Reich was basically impossible. The Western allies would have to have given up and the USSR to have called for a cease-fire and then peace. Neither of those things were on the table in our timeline.
