Tried Bluray and regular DVD, both corrupt
Torrent clients sometimes have issues with torrent files being over 2mb. Not sure about the DVD one, must be your end as no one else has reported issues.
Alternatively try the mega folder.

Seems like the piece size is too big (4370822886) you should use a smaller piece size (1 MiB should be enough, it'll get you ~64 GiB max size). Also make it a mult of 2
