Flouride is lighter than iodine and more reactive so your thyroid uptakes it instead causing an iodine deficiency. Take something like Lugols and get a good water filter that pulls most of it out.

Tap pressure is what drives the system, so you'd need a pump to get it to work. Other than that, i don't see why it wouldn't work.
The osmosis membrane needs to be changed after 2 to 5 years, and the pre-filters after 6 to 12 months. Given you're feeding the system piss, I'd change them as soon as possible.

I don't yet have a filter that filters out fluoride but just the iodine makes a difference by itself
