In order for Ukraine to become Syria, it needs the Ukrainian Army to split into 200 different "moderate rebel" groups who are organised and can do offensives.

I've found what looks like two different chaps (or one guy who's had a lot of changes!) claiming to be this Andrei Mordichev. Pic related looks like the bloke in the videos with Kadryov. Part of the problem here, I suspect, is that there's little reliable sourcing about the guy prior to this conflict.

With Mariupol done they have a pretty large surplus of forces. My personal guess would be Kramatorsk Kotel since they are already there and there are no big cities where Ukrainians can hide.
