I suggest you read "Quiet Weapons for Silent Wars" seems your English is quite good, ruskifren. It's not going to be a cold war as the advancement of technology is going to be the very bane of our own intelligence and through it it will be utilized to completely slave of all of mankind.

Anyway, I understand that it will not be the same as the actual Cold War. COVID hysteria suggested that governments will probe various technological methods of control. Had to selfie myself every couple of hours through government app when I was on isolation. Shit was bizarre.
