Paul is probably a fiction, too, albeit a later one. Some argue Paul is an invention of Marcion. Christianity was Jewish Messianism and was un-Jewed by Hellenized Jews LARPing as Greeks, and then re-Jewed by cuck gentiles who wanted to be Jews, and then re-un-Jewed by gentiles un-Jewing it by LARPing as Jews, like Marcion. When John talks about "the synagogue of satan (the enemy)" and refers to "the enemy infiltrating our own" (or similar according to translation) at the letters on the beginning of the book of revelations, he is referring to Paul.
The Paulinean letters are inconsistent with original christianity and written in several styles what indicates they were written through centuries after, not just years, so they are disputed in academia. I learned all this from studying theology at university and appalled to know how much theologians don't tell people, but I digress.

Yeah. The consensus is letters in the 50s/60s, Gospels 80-135. But more lately are arguing that it may all be second century, and I find it compelling. The Gospels show the influence of Paul, and Paul's letters are "discovered" by Marcion in the 2nd Century, and Marcion of course tries to un-Jew Christianity. So there's that.
Hardly, since they were written in several different styles, each style indicating a different time in human history after the event up until 600/800 dc. if there is any originality on them they have been replaced/patched up by personal opinions with the only goal of trying to revert it back to Judaism. Paulinean letters are highly disputed to be consistent so what you must have heard comes from the branch trying desperately to validate them, but most academics take them with a grain of salt. Also because it differs too much from original Christianity.
John is clearly written by an an anti-Jewish Christian gentile, almost surely after the last Jewish War of 130. John's Jesus is an anti-Semitic gnostic vapor when compared to the Jewish man in Mark. It's hardly anti-Pauline; it's arguably more like a fulfillment.
