This. It was always Looney Tunes, because its counterpart was Merry Melodies, and its Disney Competition was Silly Symphonies.
There's guitar in the song too so the animation isn't wrong. Explanation for the mandela effect though is that you're hearing a banjo and there was never any reason to pay attention to what's in his hands, it's a pretty busy animation anyway and you only ever see him in the earlier seasons anyway.
