I guess if you actually knew how it worked you would understand how bad you failed this analogy. Better luck next time. Saged.

How many years did he have?

It’s an infinite pyramid scheme the same way the stock market, real estate, … is.

I don't believe you know how it works. I think that's the marketing tool. It's the same thing with NFT's.
>No, no. It's not a scam
>That's only what stupid people who don't "get it" think
>You get it don't you?
>Yeah you do. You're savvy and futuristic. Not like those idiots
And that's how they get you.

It's magic. I ain't gotta explain shit.

And they are only infinite because of money laundering and money printing.

>50 year old man working construction
yeah I'm just not gonna listen to this loser

Nope, you are the big nosed guy laundering money.

He's the person that actually does the labor. The "experts" are the ones who speculate and exploit on it. You'll find a lot more common sense on a construction crew than in a wall street boardroom.

That's what's called a pump and dump. People leverage cryptos for pump and dumps, but then people have done the same for all sorts of stocks and commodities in the past as well. In the late 80s and early 90s there were tons of stocks used as implements in pump and dump schemes, does the fact that they were stocks mean that the entire stock market is inherently and exclusively a pump a dump scheme?

The guy in the video isn't even a retard, he knows what he's saying is half bullshit, but he posts it anyway because he knows he'll attract a bunch of dipshits way dumber than him to argue in the comments which'll boost the engagement rating of his posts and spread his content wider and wider until he starts marketing t shirts and dumb chinese knicknacks in every single video he posts. The greatest irony of all is his very channel strategy is a type of pump and dump scheme.

Real estate is easily the worst one.

ask him how he would tackle child poverty and you'll see how illiterate they are

Yes, the cycles are all artificial and provoked by homosexual jews, and the injected money is part of laundering or funneling fresh printed money to parasites.

The funny part is he addressed this exact same criticism in the comments to that video. Dude’s a union guy- they’re not broke, and they didn’t get that way by being stupid either

Probably the same way as the countries that have effectively eliminated it have- start a sovereign/social wealth fund to increase the welfare state. We already do this in certain parts of the US where it’s been massively successful. Just look at Alaska as a great example, and they’re only modeling themselves after more long running and more successful programs in places like Norway and Finland

Is investment in a local company participation in a kike pump and dump too? Where is the line drawn?
>union guy
>pension and benefits fund is in large part wrapped up in and keeping up with inflation through index fund investment
>future is reliant on pumped up market to guarantee his planned retirement
>instead of keeping up on things and considering that this emerging market may be where people move to invest in the future, smugly derides it as illegitimate
Shocker. Only a unionist could be this self righteously stupid. I hope he really feels the pain when his management leaves him and his brothers high and dry after having embezzled the pension fund to fumes while he was busting his ass on the worksite every day.

I wonder how much labor a house really should cost. It's difficult to get into a different paradigm when the whole system is so jewed. There was a thread earlier that got into housing mortgage crisis and the fact that Henry David Thoreau in the memoir Walden early 1800s built a house for $18, with inflation equivalent to $3000 today. Even trailers are $100k at least today. Tiny homes are much more than $3000. Sure there are more modern amenity costs, but at the same time Thoreau had to buy handmade bricks and hand chopped lumber, materials cost much less labor per unit today.

It's difficult to get people out of the paradigm. But a poor person's house should not cost a rich person's entire year salary. People mortgage houses that cost 4x or more their entire year salary, the notion of actually buying a home is just assumed to be impossible. No one questions it

the poverty rate in Alaska has gone up in the last 20 years though

Ask them how it's any different than a pyramid scheme, or how it's different than FIAT when you can break down coin denominations into infinitely small pieces.

> the poverty rate in Alaska has gone up in the last 20 years though
Because the poverty rate of the entire country has gone up in the last 20 years. It’s still well below the national average. Bad faith arguments are beneath both of us user.

so why do you suck so bad at dealing with child poverty?

NAFTA.
>Be nice peaceful clean town in 1992
>Factories close, outsourced to Mexico etc
>Working class decays to drugs/crime
>Nice clean tight knit town goes to shit
>Upper middle class segregates themselves in gated subdivisions
>That place is a shithole!
Many such cases.
