Healthcare is free, stop going to doctors.

Here in Europe (and most of the civilized world) you don't have to pay anything if for whatever reason you end up in the hospital. And no, we don't pay any extra tax, there is no little buck taken from any of our own taxes, hospital workers are paid by the state, just like the police, firemen and so on.
If your government is so jewed that it wants you to pay for things it should do itself you should change it.

Health care is never free. Somebody pays for it somehow. The problem with for-profit health care is that profits have to maximized. Economics majors know that profits are maximized when the least amount/smallest unit of goods or services are delivered at the highest possible price.

My job offer free financial planning service as part of the employee benefits, so I made an appointment. He told me with a straight face that I needed at least a half million dollars saved up for health care services (on top of Medicare) after I retire at 70.

I make $25 an hour so this seems highly unlikely.

I own a small business. Everyone, even other businesses like to shit with FedEx and UPS. About 40% of the time when I use either of them there is an issue. FedEx fucks around and doesn't deliver on Sundays. They lie about verifications. UPS will RTS if they can't find a house. Even with maps and descriptions available.
I have never, not once, had a serious problem with USPS. Not in 4 years of business.
If I attempt to complain while using the private shipping, there is no chain of accountability and the complaint gets lost in their void.
My experiences with USPS has made me strongly reconsider my previous position that I once held about the private sector just flat-out always being the better option.

Still not exactly free/public. For example here you have both private hospitals for which you do need to have an insurance/monthly fee, and then you have public/"free" hospitals where you just go and you either have to wait 2 months for non urgent things or they attend you in the moment by arrive order, no "free" insurance needed (that's just useless extra bureaucracy and makes the whole free/public system be more of a part of the private system than a real public one).

The only real bad point from having this is that people from neighbouring countries with fucked up health systems WILL travel and use your health system... we have a problem with that.
