>6-7 cups flour
>1tbsp yeast
>1/3 cup sugar,
>2 1/2 cups water
>1tbsp salt
mix yeast, 1tsp sugar, 1/2 cup HOT water
wait 10 minutes
mix 2 cups HOT water and remaining 1/3 cup sugar
add yeast mixture
preheat oven to 9999
add flour, up to 6/7 cups
knead, grease sides of pan
turn off oven, put dough inside to rise
wait 1.5 hours
take dough out, turn oven back on, punch down dough
pull lil balls and fold onto baking sheet
turn off oven and put in baking sheets
wait an hour
turn oven to 350
bake 15-20
