Even a wet towel would have done a better job

he missed

Glancing hit, utter shit gunmanship of whoever fired that
A tank rolls by slowly in a urban environment and you are in the perfect position and you can't even hit the side of a diesel powered barn

Hey, I bet that gun does not work anymore
I wouldn't say it missed completely, it exploded on contact with armor

this is what happens when you give expensive shit to retards
no effect, money wasted
warhead will not explode until its armed
and it arms itself in a distance considered safe
even old RPGs have this safety, you cant just pound it on the table to make it go boom

Bad shot, it hit the curved edge of the turret and deflected. Still shot off the machine gun though.

he was too close

It hit right side of turret reactive armor

Most of their army is gone. Now they are giving weapons to random people.

explain how a metal tank can light on fire

pls do tell me

that was a molotov shot out of a potato cannon

This is the power of being an ignorant Russian, I mean Ukrainian, i mean it's the same thing, peseant farmer who hasn't even discovered the alphabet or toilet paper nevermind how to fire an expensive anti-tank weapon.

>what is ERA?

it could've splashed flammable residue
or it could've superheated the coating paint and temporarily ignited it

Well we knew that from the start of the war

Tank still stops afterward though, doesn't it?
Show the full clip.

ERA is fucking magic

There is also defensive explosives that may fail

This is probably what happened.

The tank is not on fire, there is probably some oil or other flammable on top of the tank which caught fire.

how can you miss lmao

>he missed
Others are saying it was too close & didn't have time to arm

Trolling aside, any modern anti-tank missile use munroe effect, which basically means using charged stream of hot-flammable substance to pierce trough armor and kill the crew, obviously NLAW is not used correctly here and therefore flammable stream went on the tank, instead of hitting where it supposed to, hence we have flames

Lololololololol

Those expensive ass things only do that?

why isn't that faggot in the window shot full of holes yet

That's called "winning" in Ukie land.

That's the whole vid, hohol who filmed it stopped filming, probably to change position

This. it won't detonate so close to the launch point

when things get hot they ignite

This is doctored Russian disinformation.
Our NLAWs have not failed, this is factually incorrect.

He was busy filming it
He was screaming “For Azov”
So it’s look like russian forces are doing mop up of remaining soldiers

I wonder, if Russia will take Kiev and then whole Ukraine, will US/UK/NATO say it's Russian disinformation campaign?

>Bureaucratic military cope is a whole different level of humor

So what you are saying is that it is useless and shit for urban combat and the low tech rpg is better?

Should have used the Piorun instead of anglo garbage.

They didn't pay for the loicense for thy rocky

Doesn’t it need to travel a certain distance before arming? When I was in Afghanistan, we had a guy get an RPG round lodged in his clavicle after it was fired at him point blank.

That was the explanation I got from EOD, lol.

NLAW range is 20-800m
Was fired it from too close so the warhead didn't arm before hitting the tank
