Many posters in the thread having only one post by ID is a better one, i.e. a weirdly high count of unique IDs (organic is 30 posts/15 unique IDs; not, for example, 30 posts/25 unique IDs). Another good indicator is an extremely high number of replies to the original post because the easiest way to bump your thread without reading it is just replying to your first post. Also keep in mind that they can probably use any flag they want.
