I sure hope so. I don't have a dog in the race as far as marijuana is concerned. I don't smoke it. However I hate the marijuana market as it has been adopted literally every single time. It's still going to be illegal to grow/buy/sell, you have to buy government dope from government shops at well above market prices. I don't want to reinforce the position of selling us our rights at a premium, it's either legal or it's not, and they have no intention of making it legal.

It mandates demographic reporting of businesses, a new trust fund for fuck all, a whole new social system for "literacy, job training, and youth recreation", but most alarming is the "Equitable licensing grant program" which mandates a new department with complete and enforced racial and sexual orientation demographic composition rates.
