You can eat any non-toxic food without getting fat. As long as your calorie intake is less than or equal to your maintenance plus exercise, you won't gain weight. That said, you'll probably get sick of them and start feeling like shit eventually.

They just go to the gym lift some weights for arms and then they believe they can look anything but fat with clothes on. When I go to Thessaloniki or some town nearby I usually eat gyros for 10 or 15 days every day at least for one meal.
Its well balanced for swimming all day and walking around in the evenings and fucking at night.
Without those 3 energy wasting activities I would probably get a bit heavier.

In terms of calories, yes you can eat anything you want every day without getting fat as long as you measure.

In reality, eating something incredibly salty and fatty and delicious will gradually accustom your taste buds to that level of goodness and you'll no longer be able to enjoy simpler foods.

If you keep this up, you'll eventually start to have cravings for protein, potassium, other nutrients that a diet of solely gyros won't fulfill adequately.. but you won't be able to stomach eating healthy things to get those nutrients, like spinach or chicken.

Once you reach that point, you end up increasing your gyro intake(or other greasy food) to get the low density nutrients out, and then you start to gradually gain wait.

If you want to eat one gyro every day without getting fat, you need to make a point of eating healthy for your other meals to keep your taste profile in check.
