Why do you ukrop shills find it so hard to understand that Kyiv was always supposed to be a distraction. It is too far away from Russia to attack directly, and regime change would not have been successful as it would have made Zelensky a martyr. The presidential palace could be destroyed at any time, but precision attacks spared him and many others. Likewise with other cities, were it not for ukrop doctrine using civilians as human shields, the scale of the operation would look at lot smaller.
