One of the way the vaxx kills is by microclots. Mudblood ironically is not an inaccurate way of describing it.
Imagine a car engine with fresh clean oil. It runs just fine, even at 7000 rpm.
Now imagine if you replaced that oil with dirty sludge, some old oil that hasnt been replaced in 50000 miles. Maybe the engine still runs as long as you take it easy and dont go above 3000 rpm, but if you hit it hard for an extended time, it does accumulative damage to the engine until it kills it completely. This is what the vaxxed have done (replace "engine" with "heart" and "oil" for "blood").
