This claim is not backed up by any evidence. Switzerland doesn't collect data on the race of its population, so we don't know what percentage is black, but I have a hard time believing it's 13%, and the percentage of black people living in cities like Zurich or Geneva is definitely nowhere near as high as it is in America's most violent cities, like Detroit or Chicago.
Switzerland also has a more restrictive immigration system than the US and no birthright citizenship. They may well have immigrants making up 24% of their population, but the percentage of those immigrants that are non-white is definitely significantly lower than that of US immigrants; the fact that we share a huge border with Mexico ensures that this is the case, whereas Switzerland is surrounded by white countries.
The real reason that Switzerland has less gun violence than America (despite being a place where most people are veterans and own a gun) is that they are more selective abput who they let in, more restrictive about granting citizenship, and weren't founded with a big underclass of blacks.

If diversity was all 100% white people speaking a mix of German, Romansch, Italian, French, and English, then I would support diversity. If diversity meant Lutherans, Methodists, baptists, Catholics, anglicans, orthodoxs, and even Mormons all existing together, I would support it.
The reason we can’t have strong welfare programs is not because the Irish didn’t get along with the Italians in Chicago, NYC, Philly, etc. - it’s because the negro is an absolute drain on the system, they are permanent and exponential net-negatives on the public purse even without public healthcare or free housing. Random acts of indiscriminate violence and general shitty behavior erodes high trust societies and destroys culture and publix events and real estate and natural areas and public areas and everything else. The entire concept of real estate is maximizing distance from negro communities within budget. The entire concept of private school is to remove negro shenanigans from your child’s life. Private pools, private sports teams, country clubs, fraternities, sororities, women’s clubs, bridge clubs, trail clubs, motorcycle clubs, religious orders, fraternal chapters, all of these things exist because negros ruin everything they can get their hands on. The only way to build a community is to exclude negros and this can only be done now by instituting a high upfront cost to keep them away.
