It's the parks responsibility to make sure guests don't get on rides that are unsafe for them, but I doubt there was clear guidance for the wagie kid so it's not really fair to throw him under the bus- managment should take the blame. With that said, the retard fat nigger should have known better, he'd been rejected from every other ride, he ought to realize rides aren't for him because he's too fucking fat. They need sensors that trigger an alarm if any of the harnesses are not sealed. The ride should have some kind of soft lock, where the machine should stop the ride if any harnesses are not detected as closed.
