If an old man can build a house, by himself with his bare hands, in one summer, then why do houses cost 10x the average annual income?

Oi do you ave a loicense fo that?

Because the state will tear it down for code violations and missing permits

>what does land cost
>what do three months x 8 man hours cost
>what does material cost
Sure if you have virgin land on the cheap and plenty of time, but most people don't have that. Add to that most millennials/xoomers/zoomers have two left hands

Not that I care, I'm literally the 30yo boomer who bought in the good days

He was an exceptional man. Also, no plumbing and he had stored the logs in the previous summer.

You get a similarly sized wood house for 10k, by the way. And you can assemble it in a weekend yourself from pre-fab parts. You can even heat it with solar heating.

>what does land cost
If we are being honest land should have depreciated in value due to the huge influx of brown people
>labor
Mexicans at about $11-15 an hour
>materials
Still going with the covid shortage meme? Everyone’s working again

> I'm literally the 30yo boomer who bought in the good days
you got screwed, I currently witness the complete transformation of work. In a few years, we will all be able to work from an island, or a French castle or a Swedish forest.

Um, excuse me? Did you just exclude how kikes can leach off goyim cattle like parasites and do nothing from the cost of owning a house??? Anti-semite....

Implying
1. Implying you know enough about carpentry to build a house.
2. Implying you know enough about electricity or water to run utility.
3. Implying you have the funding for resources to do any of the above.
4. Implying you'll get city approval for any of these to secure funding when you can't guarantee code.
5. Implying even if you live outside the city you'll get country approval for funding.

My grandfather and father built a house. Took them two years, they did everything outside of electrical. Because the country required electrical certification and insurance.
That was thirty years ago.

>In a few years, we will all be able to work from an island, or a French castle or a Swedish forest.
The only thing stopping you from doing that right now is an authoritarian government that has linked the freedom to travel to a potentially lethal medical procedure.

You have to buy the land it sits on too, slap nuts.

The thread doesn't need to move beyond this.

they will do that even if you followed all the rules if they decide they want to build a highway on top of it
then they don't build the highway and instead rent the homes out to illegals at a low rate or for free (this actually happened in California)

Drop the vaccine BS.
Everyone knows someone that died of covid, nobody knows anyone that died from the vaccine
I didn't get it, and the rules around it are stupid, but the shots have been overwhelming safe and effective

>Everyone knows someone that died of covid
I don't even know anyone who was seriously sick from COVID

>then why do houses cost 10x the average annual income?
female suffrage caused this.

I know an obscenely obese 68 year old who died of cardiac arrest but apparently had covid at the time of death.

Because of permits and zoning and a heap of other bullshit the state wants their tribute for.

I know nobody under 60 that got sick even when unvaccinated, beyond a fever or a cough or similar for a week or 2 if even that long, and only people that died with covid I know we're elderly and fat, or were already dying (am nurse) but nobody out of every single person I worked with or know personally died after from anything that could be related to vaccine.

>these people are 100% trustworthy and would never lie to a person like me
>i would never need to verify or question their diagnosis' or conclusions because they know more, went to school for 8 years and paid +$200,000 in student loans
>pharmaceutical reps and doctors discuss life saving technology and distract employees in lounges with catered food, but they definitely are NOT glorified drug dealers and corporate shills
>my doctor is my best friend, he holds my wellbeing and life in the highest regard, including the lepers, the obese, the retarded and poor.

Western governments have a vested interested in seeing this Ponzi scheme to its end. Which is when most Boomers are dead. That's too far off for most Millennials, but maybe Zoomers will catch a break.

only for internet meme jobs. products and services still need on site personel

> average 100 iq person having to take out a 30 year loan to pay for his normie house

Jews bros… I kneel

Based nd truthpilled

One man could build his own house In one summer In old times if he didint have to bother with crops or feeding anyone else

Or mass importation of immigrants who work for peanuts while being government subsidized.

Blame the problem not a race tard

All valid points.
Good job, user
Also neat use of immersive VR tech to help kids get over their natural fear of needles. Wish I had that as a kid. Could have spared me a lot of years!
