Pull all nighter, stay up until 8pm the following night, you'll sleep and get up at 5am fully awake and refreshed. If you have to mark the booze free days on a calendar to that. Stay busy or you'll fall back into old habits
learn about half life in blood plasma. For Caffeine it’s about 6-8 hours, and then is half the amount. It stays in your system pretty long time. So if you drink half as much every half life, it slowly eliminates. The you no longer want it as much. Caffeine messes with brain chemistry and a whole bunch of other systems, like your digestion.

Personally, I never got the appeal of alcohol. I get diarrhea, stomach cramps and a hangover from it. I almost never drink.

All other advice is useless, if you do not have the plan first and the "will" to quit, you will never succeed. Try reducing it and eventually stop , if It doesn't work you question your mental strength

tried it, also light coke. I can’t stomach it, I am seriously repulsed by it. I once was at a friend for 4 days and he only had coke zero. I just drank water.

They key word is regularity, decide the hours to sleep and stick to it, use melatonine at first to help falling asleep.
Caffeine half cycle is 6 hours, but 25% is something like 14. So if you take a couple of coffees in the morning you will still feel half a cup at midnight.
Better start taking decaff, mix it progressivelly with normal coffee if you want to avoid withdrawal symptoms of man it and spend a couple of days woth a headache.
Just start keto and remember that urges will pass and you only need to stay strong for the moment and not forever.
That's the idea. Sugar blasts your reward center in the brain. Use sugar free as an in-between step to break the reward/soda connection in your monkey brain, then work on caffeine after that.

I've never had a Coke in my life. The only soda I've drank is Sprite and I don't think I've had one since I was an early teen.
The caffeine lobby is powerful as fuck. All the research around just tries to demostrate the benefits and the studies that do show harmful effects are not shown by the media.
It fucks your heart, skin, bones, sleep, cholesterol levels.. And the only benefic is a ton of antioxidants that would would be getting anyway if eating healthy.
Green tea doesnt have caffeine afaik, probably depends on the brew.

Taking a soda or eating at mcdonals after some years of 'being clean' is quite and experience. I could not finish my drink (basically sirup) and I vomited the hamburguer after a couple of hours.
