Im assuming here, most of these units were on training missions close to Ukraine and probably thought of bringing vidya games/TVs instead of ammo/food/cold weather gear. This is why you see these abandoned vehicles with TV/controllers, hardly any legit equipment used to support an invasion. I bet putin knew about it also and figured, why not get rid of the cancer that doesn’t want to adhere to orders given from above and send them to fight with what they bring to “training”
