Can any republicans who have read the Art of The Deal by Donald Trump tell me if this is a good deal?

Seems really cheap for the bay area, something is wrong with it. Low miles too, probably all high way but I'd way for the smog to clear because that is some Satan's butthole shit.

Never read that book, but in my area, any civic, even if it’s beat to shit is worth about $1500.

Any Forums here. Anything under $3,000 that runs and drives is practically free.

It’s a good deal, just check it out when you see it. If it all checks out , but it . Next

That's not really what the Art of the Deal is about

it's a buy so long as the transmission shifts well.

>automatic transmission
ehhhhhh

OMG THAT IS A JDM CLASSIC?????
HOLY HECKARINO THATS ONE OF THE BEST CARS IVE EVER SEEN

I don't really want to help you user.
Because you're whats wrong with the world.

TURBO!!

find out about the buyback scheme. if the $1500 is correct then its a $100 dollar car.

drive it into the ground, or take care of it until the first major thing breaks ( that costs more than 1500), then sell it back to the gov.

hondas of that vintage have a wire mesh screen in the tranny that plugs up causing failure. still a good deal save 2000 for a tranny and buy it

>>will smog soon

if u're capable of fixing this car urself, that doesnt sound bad, just a little bit of stuff needs to be replaced in valvetrain, maybe a head gasket. About 500 bucks in parts i believe, and mayeb like 40 bucks for a manual. and atleast 200 if u have no random wrenches u need for that

This

This. Pretty cheap for the Gay Area.

Cash for clunkers doesn't exist any more.

The way it works in California, it has to not be able to pass smog in order to qualify for the buy-back program. But also, to sell it, the seller has to provide a recent smog certificate saying that it passed, so the owner is not being 100% truthful. Also, it’s common here for people to “know a guy” who will pass it on smog even though it won’t really pass.

What's up jaxbro

>Anything under $3,000 that runs and drives is practically free.

This. The difference between $1600 and $600 is only like three tanks of gas anyway.

good deal

Buy it, run it into the ground. Get your money back with the buy back program.

It's Cali, if it ain't smogged and registered, don't buy it, because it won't smog

Herbs in all fields.

>he drives a car

Lol I'd give him 500 bucks absolute max

Get a car guy to look at it first. Buy him dinner or something. That's what I did with my first car.

Never buy a used car for under 6 grand. You will spend another 3 to 4 fixing shit up in the months ahead.

Yeah that's a fair deal, google common problems first so you know what to look for.

It’s a civic, if you treat it right it’s still got 300,000 miles in it.

A fair deal is to get a used car from a lot with way less miles and pay monthly for it. What a piece of shit car

200k is too much miles but if your budget is only 1500 you gotta make some sacrifices i guess

personally id save up ~3k and get something closer to 100miles. accord is good car tho, and 1 owner is pretty nice. you could try offering 1200 but i heard the market is hot for sellers right now and he will probably get asking price with a little paitence

200k is not a lot for a civic, especially that year. Mine has like 140k and it’s a 2014.
