Have noticed this too. I too am 6', was one of the tallest in my inner city working class school in the 90s-00s, and now see mid-late teenage zoomer girls 6'+. The boys too are bigger. 6'2 was considered a giant when I was 21 in my country, now it appears common.

I've investigated the topic, but it needs more eyes and research on it. The increased size doesn't appear to be producing positives. The girls are more often than not unshapely beasts and the boys lack the vigour and assertiveness of even my generation. Estrogen (which is getting way too abundant in food and water) does indeed play a role in growth.
The effect isn't as pronounced as people seem to think here. Not like everyone is growing like Barron Trump. Odds are the perception is likely caused by social media's filtering/elevating of those with the most desireable features. Since mostly poor people have kids, there's no way the effect exists across all social classes. Plus tall doesn't automatically mean attractive.
