Honestly, hard to say.
1: Start over from 1920s style industrialization, and build shit up from scratch, including technology wise. This would get rid of dependance on foreign imports on all the tech and medicine and whatever, but would also drop its citizens back to that era of life (including life expectancy and forbidden use of foreign tech). As NK showed, even with such harsh rules foreign stuff will get in. Furthermore, putin and the others in his regime would not be alive to see the fruits of said labor 50 years in the future, and by then its very likely russia would undergo some kind of revolution yet again to open to the markets.
2: End war now. The problem with this, Russia has an insane boner and little man syndrome in regards to the world stage, and like a drunken abuser demands respect and tolerance even though itself it has accomplished nothing noteworthy (syphoning natural resources isn't exactly rocket science). But if this happens, putin will foremost look weak to his own citizens, and this can't happen since he's a huge populist, and sees himsef as the savior of russia. But regardless, if putin is displaced/steps down/war ends, without a major regime change, there will still be a slow uptick of foreign companies coming back, as well as sanctions lifting. Many people in IT or whatever who deal with foreign markets will still need to more or less emigrate, or deal with living on small salaries within a tight russian market with grey market goods.
3: Russia "wins" ukraine war somehow. This is kinda hard to quantify since putin went into the whole thing with the idea to "denazify and demilitarize" ukraine, which doesn't have any clear goal. Furthermore occupying a nation of 40+ mil that hates you isn't gonna be really possible, and any puppet he would try to install would be flat out rejected due to the amount of people who are getting killed/starving/fighting. Even giving up the disputed areas now seems dubious to me. -t. russian in ukraine

That would be the best of all worlds but it's unlikely because of the widespread corruption. There's also a very real biological hurdle that they're most likely not to overcome and that is brain drain. During the Soviet-era and after the collapse of the Soviet Union in the early 90s brain drain occurred when top professionals moved to the West. Russia has become culturally and technologically dependent on the West, just look at their aviation industry right now, it is facing huge problems since many critical parts come from western companies (electronic flight systems, engines, avionics).
I'd love to see them ascend like China but that's just very unlikely.
