you never see the chapel on the enterprise, despite it surely having one, probably multiple for various religions.
klingon's, romulans, vulcans, pretty much every star trek species you can think of got rid of their religions;
except for the bajorans, and that's the only time we see a temple or church of any kind in all of star trek; and who do they worship? God's which everyone else see's as just aliens; not actual God's, and the bajorans are treated like a child race because of it
