you can have a small cheap house but you can have nice big outdoor living spaces and you can have a lot of square footage without spend a ton of money on a huge house
what do you think about the idea of spending way less on a small home but then using your land around the home to add to the living space
if you live in a nice climate you can have a very large home with plenty of outdoor living space to enjoy no huge mortgage and still a nice save place to sleep, cook, shit and shower
