>be 300 pounds with fetal alcohol syndrome because mom drank vodka while pregnant >be too fat for harness and too stupid to realize it isn't fastened >couldn't have turned him away because that would have been another lawsuit >falls to death
i can sympathize with the fact that a young life was abruptly ended in a manner that should have been prevented. I think they /should/ be able to sue the ride owner. I don't see how it's a civil rights issue.

Ben Krump is a motherfucker who whips up a mob and scares people into settling. Typically it's at the expense of tax payers to the tune of millions, which chickenshit politicians gladly pay to take the heat off them. It's how people like George Floyd can be worth 26 million dollars, despite the fact that tort law typically dictates wrongful death suits to earning potential (he was using a fake 20 dollar bill)
Blake Phillips
They are dumb to make this about race.
Brandon Jones
>369528665 The ride was designed by a white man and probably was constructed with white contractors. 110% a race issue. White man was preparing to turn this ride into a fat black man slaying machine from the start.
Ian Wilson
See this post, making it about race will turn a 1 million dollar settlement into a 30 million dollar settlement potentially

>i can sympathize with the fact that a young life was abruptly ended in a manner that should have been prevented
as opposed to one that shouldn't have been prevented?

This. How come random people from an anonymous spoon bending forum have better takes than MSM and the government combined.

How big is the ghetto lottery pot at right now?
Caleb Powell
>despite the fact that tort law typically dictates wrongful death suits to earning potential
as in, the remaining amount that the victim would have earned had they not died? i guess that makes sense up to a point.
god, what an awful time to live when guys like floyd have five kids and the taxpayer is responsible for both them and has to pay for a seven-figure settlement on his behalf, even though he was the one acting irresponsibly.
hardly surprises me though, even Any Forums worships social irresponsibility so i suppose you people get what you deserve.
Landon Morgan
how deep are the public's pockets?

>How come random people from an anonymous spoon bending forum have better takes than MSM and the government combined. Because we're not in it for money or to subvert countries/societies/cultures

Did the family start a gofundme yet?
Benjamin Cooper
i generally don't keep tabs on george floyd's family.
