How are people this uninformed? Russia and Azerbaijan signed a security agreement a day before Russia attacked Ukraine so Azerbaijan would assume control of that peacekeeper zone. Russia ditched Armenia because Armenia tried to side with NATO and the West on issues like Crimea. What's happening in the disputed area is literally what Putin agreed to do with Azerbaijan
