you should do some more of your own research if this is unclear to you. spot is based off paper ETFs and has decoupled with cost of physical many many years ago. The short idea is even with the high premiums silver is very artificially suppressed by these ETF markets to keep the dollar seeming strong. Once these markets are unable to deliver and start settling with cash the reality will set in and everyone will rush to physical. by then its too late. people speculate there is maybe 1 ounce of physical for every 100 contracts in the LBMA and COMEX like markets. Once you understand the full picture it's an absolute no brainer to pay whatever premiums to get your hands on it.
