We saw a 40 mile convoy of Russian trucks sitting on that road for a week. Nobody seems to know why, but there they sat. Talk about rich, high value sitting duck targets. But apparently that convoy was in no danger. None materialized.

No, that convoy simply began moving again. There is no 40 mile long chain of burned out hulks. It's not clear at all that the Russians ever had orders to take Kiev. To date, Russians have not attempted to forcibly seize any major Ukrainian city outside of the Donbas and of close proximity to Russia. Kiev and Odessa, the two big prizes, have been left untouched. It would take only one salvo to deny them both power, water and sewage. Obviously the Russians are playing a different game than assumed by those who keep gloating, "But they haven't taken Kiev!!!!" This has been true all along.
