"Killed Ukrainians" include very heavily wounded. Sometimes the ratio is very different because they can't treat their wounded and because of deadly firepower. Americans had something like 1:6 D/W ration in the battle of Fallujah, most likely because they fastly treated their wounded and insurgents didn't posses much firepower.

NOTE: This doesn't include LPR and DPR forces, so the balance is probably more like 14k vs. 7k
