Going to the mall used to make buying stuff fun. You also bought more than you wanted to buy because you would stop at other stores for fun. It could be a family day, have lunch at the buffet and spend the day checking out cool stores.
Is sitting on your ass at home, clicking on random links really that much better? Or is it the rising obesity rate and gas prices that made people want to shop at home instead of at the mall?
Its a shame, I used to love going to the mall growing up.

I dont have to drive to our one remaining mall, there is a bus that goes directly there. The last stop on the bus is the mall. But the mall is more than half empty, big corner stores like Sears have long closed.
