cossacks arent exclusive to ukraine. how do you think russia expanded all the way to the pacific? cossacks were in the caucus mountains, ural mountains in central asia all the way to korea. many of the volunteers for the seperatist states in ukraine were nearby cossacks in southern russia

The Russian Empire was a far better choice than modern day Russia and infinitely better than the Soviet regime. The Tsars actually protected and promoted Orthodoxy and put the mudslimes in their place. Slavdom was a central pillar of the old Empire and Slavs occupied all the top positions.
