I got fat because I had no time to cook and was so stressed out that shit like pizza and cake were an easy way to relax. Once I got to where I could afford to work and my wife could stay at home with the kids, she started cooking my dinners and lunches and I wound up losing all the excess. I can't imagine living any other way now. We are truly living in fucking evil times.

I would say shorter working hours but people put on weight during work from home still. The main problem is an overabundance of access to food. I don't see there ever being a solution unless we have something for universal Healthcare but only if you have a healthy bmi or some other measure of body fat.
