Glue fumes gives you cancer as you sleep

>glue fumes gives you cancer as you sleep
Which is your house made of?

Attached: plyvpart.jpg (1291x493, 339.72K)

my house is made out of logs

redpill me on particle board fumes

So I have to pick between wood glue, or old homes with asbestos insulation and lead pipes?

I’ll take the wood glue.

based log man
are your pipes copper or (((pex)))?

Attached: pex.jpg (495x330, 22.47K)

When it comes to the type of glue used in plywood production, the majority of manufacturers use urea formaldehyde. It's easy to work with, readily available, and has a long track record of providing a strong hold over time. Melamine is also useful in plywood production, but is mainly used for decorative purposes

Same safe glue used in both manmade sheets of wood product?

the glue holding all those wood chips together is like you huffing any other glue

Og here with god tier lead pipes. Plebian copper can't meet it.

>safe glue
i bet you think plastic water bottles are safe too

Bricks

>blocks your path

Attached: 1645509021673.png (498x449, 290.95K)

both plywood and particleboard are literal 3rd world materials when it comes to houses

whats behind the bricks?

Mutts are africa tier, who makes wooden houses in 21st century?

95% 2x4

this reminds me of 1000$ audiophile power cables, how do you know the water pipes leading to your house are of quality? they could all be pex pipes! so a few feet of copper pipe in your house might be useless in the grand scheme of things

what do you use?

Plywood is glued as well. It's just multiple glued-together veneer sheets. It's still better though since it's stronger and can hold up to moisture a lot better.

I'd be more worried about lead paint/pipes, asbestos, mold, etc in an old home than chipboard in a new home.

Outside?

Formaldehyde

Is that plywood formadehyde free plywood?

Attached: 1638984462967.jpg (1036x1434, 491.2K)

Bricks because I live in a first world country.

OSB fucking sucks because it falls apart in humidity, otherwise it's the same glue used to hold plywood together

cement because commieblocks rule + got a new eco friendly insulation

Concrete and bricks

Silicosis is worse than getting high from glue

Reinforced concrete.

logs, bricks, elements

>cancer VS cancer

the absolute state of Murica

I sure wouldn't want bricks anywhere there might be an earthquake.

And beyond that?

Attached: 19933.jpg (300x300, 82.29K)

Are your floors and roofs made of wood or concrete? (Houses only not apartments). Bong houses have wooden framed floors and roofs but brick walls.

does it have brick on the inside?

Attached: stones.jpg (633x592, 284.55K)

my house is old enough to have planks. not only will OSB give you cancer as the glue off gasses, it is a great substrate to grow mold.

jews probably

Kek

Show flag faggot. You stupid shills think it's clever using the Stars and Bars when talking about US issues but it just makes you glow that much harder.

NEVER RESPOND TO MEMEFLAG THREADS.

my friend you wont get silicosis, you arent grinding stone all day.

Americans, what do you have against this?

Attached: Porotherm 38 N+F brick.jpg (1400x1400, 175.22K)

the glue is made of forskins.

Have you seen how much plywood costs? 32$ for a 3x3

shhhh pekka, don't trigger the mystery meat mutts
if they want to get raped to pay for a glorified cardboard box that is designed to need expensive and extensive repairs for continued & quaranteed business, that's their prerogative.

We have wood houses from the 20's just like brick houses, and the wood houses are easier to repair.

They were built with old growth wood though.

>eco friendly insulation
>concrete commieblock
Brother, if you want to go green you will gotta go with bricks. If you don't let your house breathe, you will have issues with moisture, and insulation only makes that shit worse (if we are speaking about a concrete box).

>cheap shit or cheaper shit
Both are shit user. Houses should be made of timber beams and bricks so they last 100 years and can be passed down to your children.

Cook in metal pots only.
Drinking bottles should be glass or stainless steel only.
Get a water filter for your water
Only use wooden spoons for pots and pans
Only eat with metal forks and knives, no plastic
Dont drink out of plastic
Dont use those plastic spatulas or tongs
Never put anything in ziplock bags and freeze them.
Never use cling wrap on your food, use glass containers with a lid
Cook in metal or clay or ceramic
Never use plastic chop sticks or forks
Never scrape the inside of yogurt or peanutbutter jars with a knife
Never come in contact with a vaccinated person
Never use plastic straws
Never microwave plastic containers even if they claim to be safe
Dont live in a Chipboard house
Dont live in a Pex pipe house

Attached: MOGGD.jpg (442x698, 92.72K)

>house gets shot up and it falks apart because weak hollow clay
This is a legitimate concern you euros dont understand.

Or this?

Distillation and rainwater tho
City folk can’t compete

>plastic impregnated with wood is better than plastic impregnated with wood
Huh?

BOTH HAVE GLUE IN THEM!!!

FAAAAAAAAAAAK!!!!!!

my house is made out of rough cut fir, 10" spruce shiplap and 4" cedar siding and its 100 years old.

nope cant see it pall

Your country isnt even 100 years old LEAF

Guys on a scale of 1-10 how fucked am i? I cut osb joists and lvl beams every day

Hei Jarmo,

Hyvin sanottu.

t. Pekka

Bricks.

I know right

its not particle board, ignorant faggots. its osb (oriented strand board).
this is true. american on vacation in canada, evidently.

Niggers, the bricks keep them out.

Plumber here. Copper is best but degrades fast, pex is plastic cheap and fast to install

Attached: Screenshot_20220325-170259_Earth.jpg (720x1600, 292.73K)

Canada is over 150 years old.

>building your house in fancy cardboard
Why dont use bricks like the rest of the fucking world?

lol You know that the glue that holds plywood together is the exact same fucking glue as is used in particle board, right? It's called "wood glue".

Both boards come from trees btw you stupid fucking nigger.

Attached: Talk.jpg (1274x830, 365.02K)

Lmao. Mutt houses are a fucking joke. A real house is made of bricks.

Jukka täällä moro
Samaa mieltä.

Bricks of course.
They've got huge thermal mass though, I'm not sure how american homes compare in that regard.
In the summer they absorb heat during the day and slowly release it during the night, you basically can't sleep without AC.
In the winter if you've been away from home the house literally takes two full days to fully warm up.

Attached: 1601037063302.jpg (581x526, 38.23K)

We do the inside of our homes are wood though. Only the outside has bricks.

My commie block is made out of pre spored, leaded asbestos concrete.

>canada is younger than some car companies
HAHAHAHAHA

Moisture is only a problem if you don't ventilate or have some faulty pipes. Plus cement does breathe.

Lead pipes leads to lower iq. It's quite literally what began destroying IQ and fertility rates in rome.

>reddit icon in the top bad
looks like we got a FAGGOT here
