How come urban planning is not discussed that much on this board, despite the fact that is something that is a foundation for our society?

That building in the background is so fucking hideous someone McVeigh it pls

Welcome to City 17. It’s safer here.

Woah so incredible that we built pods for the new British.

That's where they take the kids who still have imagination

So what happened? Did nogs move in?

you can't post urban life threads on Any Forums without it turning into globohomo, steel and glass and pod-living nonsense

Almost everyone agrees on the problems, and the solutions, but nobody has the power to enact them.

It's one of the prices you pay for a liberal society: only total control governments can rebuild an existing city or build a new one.

I think the New Urbanism movement will do well in the coming decades. Whites are returning to cities and town, while niggers are moving en masse to soulless suburbs

Attached: Galena-main-street-shops.jpg (900x584, 189.53K)

because it's a contrived science. any nigger can look at traffic patterns and say we need more highways, or there's not enough water we need more water towers and artificial lakes and processing plants. I do look at the fundamentals of the energy sector which is vital to the strength of our nation and what i see are nuclear power plants being decomissioned due to market flooding of cheap electricity from gas and coal. What I think is going down is that America is under attack from a long term sestemic economic warfare. We need emergency funds to stop decomissioning of nuclear power plants and continue their operations where viable. and where it's considered too dangerous we need to build new power plants that are bigger and better than the previous ones. Nuclear, Solar, Wind. These things are vital to our nation

Surely its possible to create modern cities without the disgusting modern/brutalist style of architecture?

Because 90% of Any Forums thinks that having to drive 15 minutes every time they need to buy milk is owning the libs. Too many kosher boomercons on this board and not enough national socialists.
American urban/suburban planning is fucking awful. It takes the downsides of both rural and city life and manages to keep zero of the upsides. I live in a small town now where my grocery store is a 5 minute walk, my job is a 10 minute walk and I only need my car if I’m leaving town, which is how it should be. For whatever reason if you want that in the US you can only get that in towns under 10,000 people or cities over 2,000,000. Everybody in between thinks pic related is normal.

Only a 5 year difference between these two

Both of these are disgusting

>Game - VS - Reality
AHEM .. GGUYS what timeline is this again?

Soul vs souless

It is true that niggers constantly chase us while we are running away from them.

Because it's Jewish and you can't do anything about it except leave

Its better to have organized blocks with a moderate height rather than a concentration of skycrappers departments with more than 60 meters. The first one lets you organize the space around, the other one its a vertical ghetto

Unless you plan mass graves for niggers and jews, there's no point.

You didn't see any xen portals because antimass spectrometers can't cause resonance cascades.

I can walk to the store in 4 minutes and my friends place in 10 minutes. How do mutts even live like this? Everything looks the same.

Half life 2

Wow that's amazing how did they remove that city so quickly

Is this in Sweden?

>The Geography Of Nowhere
No matter where you go, there you are!

Yes that is in sweden. In Stockholm in fact.

When everything collapses at least they won't be clamoring to get into the shit hole England has become.
That's not much of a consolation.
Everything is fucked.

Drop a nuke on every major city. That's a plan.

Oh wow it's literally just a better camera and looks different due to it.

Fucking slide thread, can't believe I wasted my time replying to this

you can fit more people in the same surface area if you just build traditional housing vs appartment complexes iirc.
the things are hideous and not designed around human proportions, bringing with them a load of issues you wouldnt have if you just had a conventional home.
Even with higher population density at town and city centers, you dont need to resort to appartment complexes.

Huh, Interesting, I thought the "edge" of the city would be slightly less urbanized in terms of high rise buildings.
But I honestly never took a closer look.
Thank you my Älskling

Thats not Tulipland thou is it? Prague? Hungary?

Is this Half Life 2????

>How do mutts even live like this?
Because cuckservatives convince themselves that letting niggers claim the cities our forefathers built so we can hide out in the suburbs and rely on the automotive jew for daily life is “winning.”
Cars do make sense here because of how vast the US is. I have no problem driving to a completely different city. But needing one to navigate the town I lived in got old.

It doesn't have to be dystopian, but there is no real political power challenging these decisions.

This is why I believe a new country has to be made along with new cities. Nothing will be fixed otherwise.

its the Empire Hotel in Bath, England.

Because most poltards want to live in subsidized suburbia far away from all people.

>when you make dystopia depiction by photoscan of real euro towns

>Bragging about living in a hive because you can walk four minutes down to the food chamber
Yikes.

It’s Manchester. Full of nasty orcs

Fuck cities and urbanites.

Urban sprawl is terrible! Build up, not radially, nature will thank you.

Did you know that cities were predominantly founded on good, fertile land? And that by keeping on spreading in diamter, the cities are actually covering that good land with asphalt/cement? NOt only is the good land being depleted due to intensive agriculture, and the price of fertilizer keeps going up, cities are also covering up that good land that was once used to grow food, leaving us with increasingly shittier and shittier land to grow food on.

>It doesn't have to be dystopian
It does have to be nuked, Urbanization is the greatest enemy that mankind has faced.

a new country as in a reinvented culture, certaintly. You wouldn't literally have to do a do-over or ignite a civil war to make it happen.
The problem is that there are a number of industries that profit tremendously from this shit.
Not to mention how much real-estate is used to be absolete, or used to store value. it all comes back to how our currency is shit and people are looking for other means to store their wealth. The high housing costs keeps people poor which reduces their social and political mobility, it forces people especially in the USA to purchase cars which they wouldnt otherwise have needed in a more walk-able city layout, etc.

the 2022 one looks grotesque

Attached: verynice.jpg (467x350, 29.97K)

I live near the area but miles away from it

In a further dystopian move....They stuck some weird shit on top for some reason, but when its windy it resonates and makes a sound that I can hear sat in my home - it travels for miles
