This sounds like Kremlin propaganda. Ukraine had 200k troops at the start of the war. They definitely have not lost enough to require all 200k of those mean to be actively engaged in fighting...additionally during the previous 4 weeks at least some of the stand by conscripts would have been trained up. Anyone else have views on this?
