I don't think this is entirely true. I think ZOG cut off everyday people and filled its own coffers with state money, but solar clearly works in Spain. I don't see why these extra energy can't be sold overseas, but ZOG doesn't ike us having energy independence and selling it off. It prefers us all crippled.
