We have the same issue everywhere in the west. Look at the school board of most districts and they are all some mutant mystery meat and all the schools and neighborhoods are going to become ghettos. It happens EVERY time.
If its a state school this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Private schools can get away with this but the language of law typically airs on the side of telling the state what it cant to.
Russia and other parts of Eastern Europe have a long tradition of having hard times. Didn't lead to many strong men. It led to a bunch of drug abuse, crime and domestic violence. At the same time girls moved towards prostitution and other forms of thottery.
There won't be "strong men", when there is a lack of organization, while in an environment of consistent demoralization.
Why not just split the whites and the others up? Seems like a win win for everybody right?

The school district IS the government. These lawsuits do nothing and usually just restrict funding.So you know the black neighborhoods where the school looks like it got bombed? Expect that.
