This is what Europeans mean by energy independence - buying gas from the US

I don't understand what happened to this continent. From controlling the whole world to a disgusting American lapdog rats

US Presidents and Congress will suck anyone dick for a buck; that is the problem.

The problem is Europeans are scared to arm themselves. The UK is pretty much in a union with the US and Germany is too scared to arm themselves. France is trying but no one really takes them all too seriously not even their former African colonies. In an ideal world Germany should be leading the EU problem is as one political analyst puts it "Germans are afraid to look at themselves in the mirror".

>buying gas from the US
Not happening. Liquid gas terminals are a living nightmare to build and maintain.

Europe has exactly three. That throughput is never going to take care of needs.

They'll just magically conjure up gas. The EU is headed by morons.

They don't suck anyone's dick beside the Jews.
>The problem is Europeans are scared to arm themselves.
They should be much more scared of not arming themselves.
>Not happening.
It is happening, unfortunately, and EU countries will pay 3x for gas.

How the fuck is the USA going to get all that gas to the EU from thousands of miles away? It doesn't add up.

True but it's not like European politicians have any common sense, or maybe it's because of the all the gibs me dats they have to fund. Like seriously they should have listened to Trump when he told them to start arming up. As far as I know the US was gonna pivot to Asia and Europe wouldn't be as important as before. Although this Russia-Ukraine situation complicates things. If you think European leaders are idiots just look at who runs the foreign policy of the US.

That was the plan all along. The US hated Nordstream. Now they have finally put a stop to it.

Ships, but the throughput is absolutely horrendous.

Ships, and probably eventually a liquid pipeline.

Don't worry, the EU will gladly pay shipping costs.
European leaders are absolute morons. The US, with all its flaws, is at least always looking out for its interests.

This, and thats all of them. No one represents anyone

Communist Long Term Strategy. Google it.

I thought brandon's political actions had nothing to do with the price of gas?

The US foreign policy establishment is one huge mess. Almost everything they do defies common sense.

You Germans should have taken leadership of the EU. The problem is you're also basically like lap dogs, take a hint from France and fight for your own interests.

fly it over in little glass bottles

We're coming
Where there's a profit, there's a way

No pipeline from here

Losing a world war does tend to do that to you. Time for another?

That's insane. The shipping costs will be phenomenal.

Especially if the ships explode from a gas explosion.

What could possibly go wrong?

Russian pranksters trick UK Home Secretary. Priti Patel told the pranksters that Britons “clearly” aren’t afraid of taking in Ukrainian neo-Nazis.

It's either this or going back to coal and nuclear...

Ukraine?

> Ukraine

So of the other countries still need to have electricity for the millions of Ukrainian refugees

And it is helping Europe to punish Russia by not giving them any money

Zoz

It's apparently not so expensive, out they wouldn't be doing it
Also, European gas futures have gone up 1000% recently

They should reactivate their nuke plants, if possible. Asap
That flag

China built a natural gas pipeline just under 9,000km long. That's about right for the natural gas producing east of the country to pipe it directly into France, or if heck, if you go up near the pole, it's significantly shorter than that. PA to Germany is about 6000km.
