Why are we so convinced she's going to be on the SC? Republicans can drag the confirmation stuff out forever and there's still the actual vote which McConnell very recently said he's voting against her. Most if not all the Republicans in the Senate lock-step with him, and on the Democrat side Manchin and Sinema vote with the Republicans nine out of ten times for attention and media notoriety. And now with Thomas in the hospital Mitch is going to insure that nobody gets onto the SC until after Republicans retake control of Congress later this year.
